Bookings/Tickets - Terms & Conditions

Additional agreement:

The following shall constitute a binding agreement between you ('the User') and Inzu Limited (trading as Inzu) ('Inzu') for your use of the Bookings/Tickets ('Bookings') application provided by Inzu on the domains of inzu.net ('the Platform').

This agreement together with any amendments and Inzu's main terms & conditions, constitute the agreement between you and Inzu ('the Agreement').

You should review all relevant terms & conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of any amendments. Inzu will be notify you by e-mail of significant amendments. Your continued use of the Platform will constitute acceptance of the Agreement including any modifications and amendments which have been made.

Any amendments that affect the way we use your personal data will require you to provide explicit consent of those changes for continued use of the Platform. You will be notified by e-mail of such amendments with instructions on how to accept or decline such changes.

The Service

Bookings is a subscription-based application available to all Inzu users. It provides a suite of tools that allows you to manage the sales of tickets or time-slots to events or places of business that take calendar-based bookings.

Third-party services

  1. To sell goods via the My Store application you will need a supplementary e-commerce account with Stripe for card payments and/or a PayPal account for PayPal payments.
    1. You must fully comply with the terms and conditions of your chosen e-commerce providers at all times.
    2. Goods can be sold only if your connected e-commerce accounts are fully active and operating normally.
    3. Inzu is not liable for any disruptions of service that are the responsibility of your chosen e-commerce providers.
    4. You understand that for the purposes of tax filing, Inzu transaction records should be cross-checked with records from your e-commerce providers.
    5. You understand that your e-commerce providers may terminate your e-commerce account at any time and that Inzu may not be able to intervene in these circumstances.
    6. You understand that Inzu may refuse you access to the My Store application on the recommendation of our third-party payment processors.
    7. You agree to only connect a third-party service to your account for normal business activities or to publicly review the My Store application.
    8. You will not connect a third-party service to your account solely for research purposes.
  2. Sales taxes for goods can automatically be calculated for free by using services provided to Inzu by TaxJar.com. You accept that Inzu is not liable for any errors created by this service and that you will scrutinise sales records before submission for tax filing.

Limitations of Usage

  1. You understand that Inzu does not provide a physical printing service for tickets. Tickets are issued with a unique digital code that you may print as a physical ticket if necessary.
  2. You understand that the Bookings application only allows you to sell time-slots if they are defined by you as a 'variation'.
  3. You understand it is your responsibility to manage the day-to-day availability of your tickets and/or booking variations.
  4. Inzu does provide any support in regard to the operation of your venue/event beyond what is available via the Bookings application.
  5. Applicable laws:
    1. Your events must comply will all local by-laws, the laws of the United Kingdom and any national or local laws applicable to the event/venue location.
    2. Specifically your events will not facilitate or promote; hate speech, violence or slander.

Your Responsibilities

  1. You will provide and describe accurate information about your event/venue that in no way misleads or deliberately confuses your customers.
  2. You must communicate a clear refunds policy to your customers both before and after purchase.
  3. You must communicate a clear admissions policy to your customers both before and after purchase, if any such policies exist.
  4. You must provide clear and unambiguous directions to your venue/or event both before and after purchase.
  5. You must inform customers about a cancelled or postponed event at least 3 days before the event is due to take place.
  6. You must inform customers about a cancelled or postponed time-slot at least 1 day before the booking is due to take place.
  7. You will create a physical backup of ticket sales before an event. Inzu does not guarantee 100% up-time, and therefore there may be occasions where you are unable to access Inzu to cross-check the ticket numbers of attendees.

Privacy

  1. By using the Bookings application and conducting transactions with your customers you will be in receipt of personal information that may include; names, e-mails, addresses and other contact or location information. You will also have access to their purchase history with you.
    1. If you extract and store this information from Inzu you must provide your customers with a GDPR compliant privacy policy, stating exactly how their information is used, how it can be accessed and how it can be removed from your records.
    2. You agree to not share any information submitted to the Bookings application with any third party unless you have the express permission of the customer whose information you are sharing.
  2. You accept that, in the case of credit/debit card payments, limited customer and product information will be sent to and retained by Stripe. In such cases the privacy policy of Stripe applies in addition to the Agreement.
  3. You accept that in the case of PayPal payments, customer and booking information will be sent to and retained by PayPal. In such cases the privacy policy of PayPal applies in addition to the Agreement.
