Your agreement with Inzu:
The following shall constitute a binding agreement between you ('the User') and Inzu.net (trading as Inzu) ('Inzu') for your use of the services provided on all domains of inzu.net ('the Platform') and its proprietary software via your registered Inzu account ('Your Account').
This agreement together with any amendments and additional terms, constitute the agreement between you and Inzu ('the Agreement').

You should review all relevant terms & conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of any amendments. Inzu will notify you by e-mail of significant amendments. Your continued use of the Platform will constitute acceptance of the Agreement including any modifications and amendments which have been made.
Any amendments that affect the way we use your personal data will require you (if you require continued use of the Platform) to provide explicit consent of those changes. You will be notified by e-mail of such amendments with instructions on how to accept or decline them.
BY USING THE PLATFORM IN ANY WAY, YOU CONSENT TO THE AGREEMENT.
The service
Inzu facilitates businesses, organisations and individuals in the activity of communication, entertainment and commerce. Primarily, Inzu offers services to conduct e-commerce, website publication and e-mail marketing.
Additionally, Inzu provides portals, recommendations and support to consumers who conduct business with our e-commerce users.
Limitations of Usage
- To register as a User you must be at least 16 years of age.
- You agree via your use of the Platform to comply with all UK laws and any other laws that are local to your location of business, or, if you are not conducting business, your location of residence.
- Specifically and/or additionally, Inzu prohibits the use of the Platform for the publication of content and/or sale/distribution of goods that are considered: illegal substances, instruments used solely for violent conduct, obscene, defamatory/libellous, harassing, threatening or otherwise abusive/offensive, deceptive or fraudulent, encourages/facilitates criminal acts, and/or violates the rights of any third party.
- If any criminal law is broken, or its breaking facilitated by your use of the Platform, your registered details and any other relevant personal information, including I.P. address, will be sent to the relevant authorities.
- Inzu is a shared platform: therefore, abnormal activity can negatively affect the experience of other users. Inzu reserves right to terminate accounts that are used for; spamming activities, leeching, hacking, DDOS attacks or any other malicious activity that compromises the normal experience of other users.
- Inzu does not provide general access to its servers, computer networks or to any other computer server/network.
Some Inzu applications allow uploading of: text, images, video, audio, PDFs and other digital documents.
Under no circumstances will you attempt to upload the following to the Platform: computer code, viruses, trojan horses, malware or any other malicious computer application/code.
- You will not use, copy or re-distribute any content provided by another user on the Platform without their permission.
- The trademarks, design, layout, look and feel, graphical assets, editorial copy and computer code created by Inzu on the Platform must not be copied or re-distributed in any way, unless express permission has been given by Inzu, with the exception of press releases.
- With the exception that search engines are allowed to index publicly available pages of the Platform, you will only access the Platform via an industry standard web browser and in a way that is not automated, scripted or otherwise operated by a non-human entity.
- Access to your account may only be granted via the Platform’s standard login procedure.
- You will not attempt to access the accounts of other users without their express permission.
- You will not attempt to directly access Inzu's servers beyond the public web root or access any part of the Platform that requires special authorisation.
- You will not supply data to Inzu that is specially crafted to obscure your real identity, location or form of internet/web access.
Copyright
- Inzu does not obtain and will not seek to obtain the copyright of any material uploaded or sold via the Platform.
- The User agrees that they are the copyright owner of material they have uploaded to their account or otherwise seek to distribute via the Platform, or that they have the express permission of the copyright owner to distribute that material.
- When selling copyrighted material via the Platform, any licensing, royalty or other agreement with a third party must be adhered to.
- As the Platform is a user-controlled platform, the User is fully liable for any breach of copyright law or breach of any third-party agreements relevant to the copyrighted material.
System Requirements
- Use of the service requires a computer, internet access and up-to-date web browser. Inzu is not responsible for providing any of the equipment, software or services that allow the Platfrom to be run on a computer.
- For certain Inzu applications and services you may require access to a web-server or hosting package that allows you to upload executable code.
- Some Inzu applications and services such as our e-commerce services require you to sign-up to third-party services to function normally.
- Inzu is not responsible or liable for the quality, reliability or price of required or recommended third-party services.
Registration and Security
- To use the services provided by Inzu (excluding consumer e-commerce payments) you must be a registered user of Inzu.
- To register you must provide certain information including a valid e-mail address. Inzu will use this information in accordance with its privacy policy set out in the Agreement.
- The User shall not reveal personal information from your account to any third party and will take reasonable steps to ensure the security of your password, e-mail address and other submitted information.
- Inzu will not be held responsible for any losses incurred by the User due to unauthorised use of the User's account resulting from the User not properly protecting their login credentials.
- The User may be held liable for losses incurred by Inzu or users of Inzu as a result of the User's login credentials not being secured by the User.
- You understand that each Inzu account requires a unique e-mail address to be registered with that account, but that your account can access other Inzu accounts on the condition of the Inzu account holder expressly awarding you access privileges to their account.
Charges and Billing
- You agree to pay for all the chargeable services that you use on Inzu and you agree that Inzu may charge your credit/debit card for such payment.
- You agree that any purchase requests you make will constitute your intent and agreement to be bound by the Agreement and to pay for such purchases. The prices quoted on the Platform are subject to change from time to time and are inclusive of all applicable taxes, including sales taxes.
- To maintain use of fee-based services provided by Inzu, subscription payments are required. If subscription payments are disrupted for any reason, access to these services will be suspended and subsequently withdrawn.
- You may terminate your subscriptions at any time via your admin suite.
Termination
Inzu may at its absolute discretion and without notice to you terminate this agreement or suspend your account if at any time Inzu (in its reasonable opinion) believes that you have breached the provisions of the Agreement. You will remain liable for any payments owing on your account up until and including the date of termination of the Agreement.
Indemnity and Waiver
By using this service you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inzu and its agents, representatives, employees, licensors, content and technology providers, and any parent or subsidiary company from any and all losses, claims, demands, causes of actions and judgments (including legal fees on an indemnity basis and court costs) which arise out of your breach of the Agreement or use of the service.
You shall not sue or seek to recover any damages or other payment from Inzu and its agents, representative, employees, licensors, content and technology providers, and any parent or subsidiary company as a result of its decision to terminate or suspend the Agreement and service hereunder.
Disclaimer
- By consenting to the terms of the Agreement you accept that your use of the Platform and the services contained therein is at your own risk. The Platform is provided 'as is' and 'as available' and without warranties of any kind either express or implied. This shall include (but not be limited to) all implied warranties of fitness for purpose or merchantability to the extent permitted by law.
- Inzu shall use its reasonable efforts to protect the information submitted by you but you hereby acknowledge and accept that your submission of such information is at your own risk and no liability shall attach to Inzu for any loss or liability to you relating to such information.
- Whilst Inzu will make all reasonable efforts to ensure an uninterrupted service Inzu does not make any guarantee that your use of the Platform will be uninterrupted and without error and you recognise that Inzu may temporarily suspend the service from time to time without notice to you in order to undertake essential Platform maintenance.
- Whilst Inzu will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform will be free from viruses, malware, data corruption, data loss or security breaches, Inzu makes no warranties in this regard and shall not be liable for any loss relating thereto.
- In the event that computer files, data and sales records stored with Inzu are lost due to critical server failure, fire damage, natural disasters, acts of terrorism or liquidation of third party suppliers, Inzu is not responsible for the return of or access to the lost information.
Privacy Policy
When registering with the Inzu you will be asked to submit personal information such as your name and e-mail address. Once registered other personal information may be optionally submitted including your address and telephone number.
You can edit your personal information in Account Settings -> Your information.
Inzu does not share any of your personal information with any third party.
Some Inzu applications allow you to collect and manage personal information from your customers / audience and submit further information about yourself / your company to Inzu. You must read and obey the relevant terms and conditions associated with those applications that are linked to at the top of the Agreement.
You may obtain database friendly copies of information submitted to Inzu applications by making a request to support@inzu.net at any time.
To ensure Inzu is able to cooperate with fraud or other legal investigations, we will retain your personal and non-personal information for a maximum of 24 months after your account has been closed. If your account is subject to a criminal investigation your data will be made accessible to the relevant auhtorities.
At any time, you have the right to request a copy of the personal information that Inzu holds. Please address requests to The Data Protection Officer at Inzu support@Inzu.net.
The Site contains links to third party web sites. Inzu is not responsible for the practices or privacy policy of such third party web sites, and your use of those third party sites is at your own risk and you should consult the relevant terms and conditions of those sites for further information.
No Partnership
Nothing herein shall be deemed to constitute a partnership, agency or joint venture between Inzu and the User.
Law
This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
