Cloud CMS - Terms & Conditions

Additional agreement:

The following shall constitute a binding agreement between you ('the User') and Inzu Limited (trading as Inzu) ('Inzu') for your use of the Cloud CMS ('Cloud CMS') application provided by Inzu on the domains of inzu.net ('the Platform').

This agreement together with any amendments and Inzu's main terms & conditions, constitute the agreement between you and Inzu ('the Agreement').

You should review all relevant terms & conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of any amendments. Inzu will be notify you by e-mail of significant amendments. Your continued use of the Platform will constitute acceptance of the Agreement including any modifications and amendments which have been made.

Any amendments that affect the way we use your personal data will require you to provide explicit consent of those changes for continued use of the Platform. You will be notified by e-mail of such amendments with instructions on how to accept or decline such changes.

The Service

Cloud CMS is a free application available to all Inzu users. It is a content management system that facilitates the management and publication of online content via a series of content types, such as news, events, galleries etc.

Limitations of Usage

  1. You understand that the Cloud CMS is limited to the available content types and that it is not possible to create custom content types.
  2. You understand that HTML input is limited to the following tags; <a><p><em><strong><span><blockquote><ul><ol><li><b><i><u><br><h1><h2><h3><h4><h5><h6><img><table><tr><td><div><sup><sub><s><hr>.
  3. You understand that you are prohibited from inputting Javascript or any other code into the Cloud CMS, with the exception of HTML and CSS.
  4. You understand that uploaded media that is not text-based uses your account's disk allocation and you may need to pay for extra storage space.
  5. You understand that not all content types can be made available for publication on your Inzu Page or can be featured in HTML newsletters.
  6. You understand that to publish content from the Cloud CMS on your own website, you or your web developer will need sufficient technical experience to work with a JSON based API.
  7. As per Inzu's main terms and conditions, you acknowledge that all content uploaded will comply with Inzu's guidelines on offensive/harmful content, United Kingdom law and subsequently any laws local to your place of business/residence.

Privacy

  1. By using the Cloud CMS application you may be in receipt of e-mail address information and other personal information submitted to your Cloud CMS application.
    1. If you extract and store this information from Inzu or publish it on your website (or any other medium) you must provide your visitors with a GDPR compliant privacy policy, stating exactly how their information is used, how it can be accessed and how it can be removed from your records.
    2. You agree to not share information submitted to the Cloud CMS application with any third party unless you have the express permission of the person whose information you are sharing.
